China Eastern Economy Class

Economy Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 32 to 33 inches and adjustable footrests. Passengers on overnight or long haul flights are provided amenity kits containing toothbrush sets and socks. The in-flight menu includes hot and cold meals, salads, bread and beverages such as wine and Champagne. Ice-cream is served on selected flights. Some flights offer personal screens featuring close to 500 entertainment options including movies, TV shows and games.

China Eastern Business Class

Business Class cabins contain angled seats or flat beds with a pitch of 58 to 60 inches, depending on the aircraft. Cabins also contain in-seat power supply, personal storage and personal screens. Passengers on flights more than 2 hours are provided socks, eyeshades and custom toiletries. The in-flight menu includes a choice of main course, salads, bread, desserts and beverages such as wine and Champagne. Ice-cream is served on selected flights. China Eastern Airlines has MUcinema, MUcdplayer, MUTVstation and MUshow entertainment systems offering 30 films in up to eight languages, 30 TV programmes, 17 music magazines from around the world, 170 CDs, 23 radio programmes and a selection of audio books.

China Eastern First Class

First Class cabins contain leather flat beds with a pitch of 80 inches, in-seat power supply, massage functions and personal screens. Passengers are provided with a turn down service including bed linens and duvet as well as sleepwear, masks and socks. The in-flight menu includes a choice of main course, salads, bread, desserts and beverages including wines and Champagne. Ice-cream is served on selected flights. China Eastern Airlines has MUcinema, MUcdplayer, MUTVstation and MUshow entertainment systems offering 30 films in up to eight languages, 30 TV programmes, 17 music magazines from around the world, 170 CDs, 23 radio programmes and a selection of audio books.

China Eastern Baggage

Economy Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 7kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 23kg (each) when flying to North America and 1 to 2 pieces of 20kg (total) for all other destinations. Business Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 10kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg (each) when flying to North America and 1 to 2 pieces of 30kg (total) for all other destinations. First Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 15kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg when flying to North America and 1 to 2 pieces of 40kg (total) for all other destinations.

China Eastern Check-in Options

China Eastern Airlines offers web check-in for domestic services leaving Shanghai Pudong Airport. Check-in at the airport is required from 150 minutes to 45 minutes before departure for all other flights. Please refer to the airline for more details.
