I would not really consider On the Go tour a budget tour, but there will be a mix of people traveling from 19 to 50+. <br><br>There is an overnight train from Cairo to Aswan that I suggest you upgrade to the sleeper cabin, it's worth the extra. There is also a bus ride from Luxor to Dahab, it's not a bad bus ride, but make sure you bring a light blanket it does get cold. The other upgrade I would strongly recommend would be the 5* cruise instead of the felucca, as you would be really roughing it there.<br><br>The hotels used on the tour are all Oasis properties that are very clean, and are rated as a 4*. The hotels also are also in great locations that if you wanted to do things on your own your could. There is free time, but after a day of walking through the monuments, in that hot heat, you will probably just want to sit in the pool and relax.<br><br>If you would like more information please feel free to contact me at the Bonnie Doon Location.
