Important Mexicana Airlines Information Regarding Suspended Operations

We know that you will have a number of questions about your travel arrangements and how you will be impacted by this event.
We are committed to assisting you in any means possible.
A. If it is necessary and for your personal reassurance that you travel on the intended dates initially booked with Mexicana, we will facilitate your request to book new flights with an alternative carrier at your own cost.
B. At your written request, we will endeavour to assist you to recoup any lost monies for services not rendered by applying directly with Mexicana for a refund. Our agents will complete special documentation on your behalf to assist in the most expedited recovery of the monies paid to Mexicana.
At Flight Centre, our primary concern is for our customers and we want to offer you as much personal assistance in dealing with any difficulties that arise as a result of Mexicana’s decision to cease flying. We appreciate that this may be a difficult time.
