Video of the Week: New York City Timelapse

September 11th, 2012 by Alicia Taggio

The most challenging thing about visiting New York City is knowing where to begin. From the iconic buildings, to the diversity of food, visitors often feel the need to see and do it all. I’ll admit, it’s both weird and exciting to stand in front of landmarks you’ve seen in films and television shows your whole life. But there is an energy that emanates from this city which is indescribable.

I stumbled upon this video by Will Boisture and felt it was worth sharing. In my opinion, no one can accurately tell the story of a place unless they’ve lived there. Which is what I love about this piece so much since it’s told through the eyes of a local. Without further adieu, I give you Metropolis- A New York City Timelapse:

Another challenging thing in New York is to find an affordable place to sleep. Sadly, none close to where the attractions are. Check this out. http://usbookings.net
Sort hotel distance from attractions and sort prices too.. It might help.  :)
