Thai Cooking Lessons - Learn a few famous recipes that you can take back home!
Our classes have become hugely popular!  You will cook for yourself under the guidance of one of our Head Chefs.  You will also receive a recipe guide booklet, a souvenir Pimalai cooking apron to take home and if you do really well, our Chef will hand you an official "Arroy Dee" cooking certificate! This could lead you to set up your own Thai restaurant back home!

Cycling
Bicycles are available at the resort complimentary. Most of the roads on the island have now been completed, slicing through the existing jungle with some great view points. You may also encounter the sight of monkeys and huge lizards.

Elephant Trekking
There are a few Elephant camps on the island and yes, you can experience the joy of riding your own elephant in Koh Lanta. Don't forget to bring a couple of bananas with you…elephants need "fuel" too!

Lanta Marine National Park Trekking
The park is located some 6 kms from Pimalai at the southern tip of the island at the end of a spectacular, although bumpy, coastal drive. It's a great walk going past fabulous trees and Gibbons type monkeys are usually there to welcome you.

Lanta Island Exploration
You may rent a car at the resort or they can provide you with a driver (recommended) to take you to sites of interest. These may include shopping at Ban Saladan, the main town on Koh Lanta and visiting the "Old Port" a traditional village on the island's east coast.
