Golf Resort - Royal Chiang Mai Golf is 18 holes and par 72 developed at the foot of the mountains outside of Chiang Mai town. It takes about 45 minutes to reach the course from the city center of Chiang Mai by car. The 18 holes are laid out on hilly country surrounded with natural forest. All tees, fairways and roughs are grassed with 419 Bermuda grass and Greens with imported Tiff Dwarf Bermuda grass. Players can enjoy exciting holes with undulating fairways and greens and in a good arrangement of water hazards and bunkers. They have a good reputation resulting from the superior maintenance and operation of the course. 

Chiang Mai Highland Golf Club - Chiang Mai Highland Golf is 18 holes and par 72, planned on the scenic Chiang Mai mountainside and overlooking the valley. This championship golf course is built on 450 rais of scenic hilly terrain of northern Thailand. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the course from the city centre by car. Players can enjoy golf with an international standard. The design is exciting and challenging offering a choice of 5 different tee locations.

Oriental Culinary Academy - The resorts Oriental Culinary Academy is equipped for classes of up to 20 students. There is a daily rotation of classes (except Sunday) that include informative trips to the local market and preparation of a four course meal. In the Culinary Academy, Chef Anchalee Luadkham guides their students through the secrets of Lanna herbs and spices and teaches them the art of preparing and cooking Thai dishes. Students are encouraged to master the preparation and execution of a complete meal, which they can then enjoy after each class.

The Oriental Culinary Academy is located on the upper storey of a delightful wooden pavilion in a mossy courtyard behind Le Grand Lanna Restaurant. It features classroom-style kitchens that are fitted with modern equipment with individual cooking stations, extractor hoods, sinks and preparation areas for up to 20 students. An overhead audio-visual link permits the whole classroom to see the cooking instructor clearly. The Oriental Culinary Academy opens daily, except Sundays.

Culture Centre - The resorts arts and crafts village, 'Ban Sam Lang', offers highly informative exploration of the ancient Lanna culture including hands on craft demonstrations, a variety of lectures and an enlightening tour. Dedicated to the preservation of the Lanna culture each month they perform a traditional ceremony. From here they offer a variety of activities so their guests can explore the ancient Lanna culture. These include every facet of life from celebrations to rice cycles. 'Ban Sam Lang' is made up of a group of three traditional northern Thai style houses brought here from villages in the surrounding countryside.

Guests can view demonstrations of traditional rice pounding and weaving and try their hand at the crafts. Enrichment classes include 'Traditional Thai Flower Arrangement' or 'Northern Thai Dance and Music'. Guests can participate in daily rituals, such as the offering of rice to Buddhist monks on their morning alms rounds. They will also involve guests in the many other ceremonies featured throughout the year to correspond to the Lanna rice-planting and religious cycles.

Jum Sri Hall Library - The Jun Sri Hall Library has over 5,000 books. DVDs, CDs and of course books are available on a complimentary basis to view within the library or in the privacy of your villa or suite.

Grand Deluxe 2 Bedroom Mandarin Suite (2709 sq. ft. - verandah is 535 sq. ft.) - One king and one twin bedroom, bathrooms with whirlpool tub, shower stall and walk-in closet. Separate living room, pantry and outdoor terrace with sun deck. These suites are ideal for families or a group of four travelling together in high style. Named Mandarin suites for the Chinese influence manifest in the colonial style and of course for the hotels high ranking guests. Deluxe 2 Bedroom Residence with Pool - Ancient palace suite with private pool connecting to two separate King and Twin bedrooms.
