A small fitness room contains a Universal gym and free weights. A beauty shop offers massage both indoors and in an open-air cabana. A temazcal is available for traditional Aztec sweat-lodge rituals (surcharge). An Internet café contains six computers for high-speed access (surcharge). Also, complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the hotel's public areas.

Cartoon-themed kids' clubs provide supervision and activities for three age groups both outdoors and in air-conditioned clubhouses. A club for children 4 months–4 years (limited capacity) has certified babysisters, an indoor playground, a sleeping area, kitchen, and adapted toilets. Diaper changing is included. Children 5–8 years can play in a game room and use a climbing wall; they also have access to an outdoor playground, pool and beach games, and barbecue and pirate parties. Children 7–12 may camp out on Saturday nights. Children 9–13 years can take kite and magic workshops and tennis clinics, use a batting cage, and play in a video arcade.
