Day 1: Darwin - Kakadu
Join the famous Jumping Crocodile Cruise. Travel into Kakadu National Park for lunch and visit the Bowali Visitor Centre. There is time for an optional 30 minute scenic flight ($130). View ancient Aboriginal rock art and take a guided walk to the top of Ubirr for magnificent views. L

Day 2: Kakadu - Katherine
Take a guided walk at Nourlangie Rock. Continue to the Warradjan Cultural Centre, before a cruise on the famous Yellow Water Billabong to observe saltwater crocodiles and prolific wildlife. This afternoon travel via Pine Creek and on to Katherine. L

Day 3: Katherine - Darwin
Enjoy breakfast while cruising through Katherine Gorge and watch for crocodiles basking in the sun. Visit the informative National Park Information Centre, then continue to the Edith Falls. The paperbark and pandanus fringed natural pool at the base of the falls is safe for swimming throughout most of the year (conditions permitting). Stop at the Adelaide River War Cemetery, en route to Darwin. B

Day 4: Litchfield National Park - Darwin
Travel south to Litchfield National Park. From the Tabletop Range view Florence and Tolmer Falls. Continue to Wangi Falls, where there is time to relax and swim. Return to Darwin. L
