Day 1-2 DEPART CANADA
Overnight flight to Cairo.

Day 2-3 ARRIVE CAIRO
Welcome to Egypt! You are met on arrival at Cairo Airport and transferred to your hotel. Relax and unwind after your journey or take a leisurely stroll through the city's ancient, bustling streets.

Day 3-4 CAIRO - PYRAMID EXCURSION - OVERNIGHT TRAIN
Your day is full of amazing highlights! Drive to Memphis to view the limestone Colossus of Ramses II and the giant Alabaster Sphinx. Continue to Sakkara and marvel at the Step Pyramid, which heralded the start of the Pyramid Age. In Giza, admire the Great Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and the Great Sphinx, the world's oldest monumental sculpture. These are truly breathtaking sights! Later, board your train for an overnight journey south to the city of Aswan.(Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

Day 4-5 ASWAN - NILE CRUISE
This morning explore the High Dam at Aswan and view the massive unfinished obelisk at the Granite Quarries. Continue by motorboat to the Island of Philae to visit the Temple of Isis. This afternoon, take a memorable ride in a felucca across the Nile to see the Botanical Gardens on Kitchener’s Island. The felucca is a traditional boat used by Egyptians for centuries. Aswan is famous for its blood-red sunsets and the sight of dozens of felucca sails silhouetted against the sun is spectacular!Cruise Ship: MS La Traviata or MS Sapphire or similar.(Continental Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 5-6 NILE CRUISE: KOM-OMBO - EDFU
Don't miss your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take an optional excursion by air to the mighty Sun Temple in Abu Simbel. The temple is flanked by four giant stone statues of Ramses II. This afternoon, sail from Aswan to Kom-Ombu. Visit the roofless Temple of Kom-Ombu, which was built in of the falcon and crocodile gods. Dine tonight on board your Nile cruise ship.(Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 6-7 NILE CRUISE: EDFU
Explore Egypt’s best-preserved cult temple in Edfu, which was dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Your wonderful cruise continues to Luxor for a visit to the grand Temple of Luxor. The temple was built on the east bank of the Nile by King Amenhotep III in 1400 BC.(Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 7-8 DISEMBARK - LUXOR
Visit the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank, featuring 63 magnificent tombs from the New Kingdom period built into the hillsides. Discover the breathtaking Deir el-Bahri, Queen Hatshepsut’s impressive temple. Marvel at the gigantic Colossi of Memnon, each statue cut from a single block of stone.(Breakfast)

Day 8-9 LUXOR - CAIRO (2 NIGHTS)
In Karnak, an extraordinary complex of sanctuaries, pylons and obelisks, see the remains of the Avenue of the Sphinxes, which once stretched between the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Later, transfer to the airport for a short flight back to Cairo.(Buffet Breakfast)

Day 9-10 CAIRO SIGHTSEEING
Enjoy a full day sightseeing in Cairo, including the citadel, which dominates the skyline. Explore the Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque, featuring a highly decorated, ornate interior. In Old Cairo, visit the Hanging Church of St. Mary above the old water gate. Finish the day with a trip to the Egyptian Museum, home of King Tutankhamun’s remarkable priceless treasures, discovered by Howard Carter in the Valley of the Kings in 1922.(Buffet Breakfast)

Day 10-11 CAIRO - CANADA
Say farewell to this unique and unforgettable country as you are transferred to the airport for your return flight home.(Buffet Breakfast)
