Check in is at Topdeck’s head office near Gunnersbury tube station. Gunnersbury is also serviced by the overland train on the North London line.
After arrival at Ascot racecourse there is free time for you to either head down to Ascot’s High Road, where a number of the pubs open at 10.30am especially for Royal Ascot, or bring your own drinks and nibbles to enjoy on the grass while we prepare lunch. At 12 noon enjoy the included cold buffet lunch and glasses of cold bubbly, before making your way to Ascot’s newly finished Grandstand (tickets included) to see the Royal family enter the racecourse at 2.00pm. The afternoon is yours to watch the races, drink champagne and enjoy the atmosphere! After the races we head back to London, where you can continue the festivities at our Ascot after-party this evening! Don't forget that Grandstand admission is no re-entry. If you go in during the morning and come back for lunch, you will not be able to go back in again.
