Day 2-3 CAIRO AT LEISURE
Welcome to Egypt - a mystical and timeless land, where ancient and modern live side by side. On arrival in Cairo, you are met at the airport and transferred to your elegant hotel

Day 3-4 CAIRO SIGHTSEEING
After meeting your Insight Egyptologist, visit the Mohammed Ali mosque and enjoy views over Cairo from the Citadel. Now put your bargaining skills to the test at the Khan El Khalili bazaar. Continue to Tahrir Square, focal point of the 2011 Egyptian Revolution and visit to the Egyptian Museum, housing Tutankhamun’s priceless treasure.(Buffet Breakfast)

Day 4-5 CAIRO – LUXOR – JOIN CRUISE
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Luxor. Walk spellbound through the avenue of sphinxes of Karnak Temple into the vast Hypostyle Hall. Now board your luxury cruise ship, one of the most stylish and spacious in Egypt. Overnight on-board in Dendera . Ship: Ms Tosca(Buffet Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 5-11 Day 10 - ABOARD THE RIVER TOSCA
Watch ancient Egypt unfold before your very eyes from the luxury of your deluxe river cruise. During your time on board, enjoy included shore excursions to visit the temple complexes of Edfu, Kom Ombo and Luxor Temple. There are also two sightseeing excursions by coach; the West Bank at Luxor which includes a photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut and entry into three of the Pharaohs’ tombs in the Valley of the Kings. In Aswan your excursion includes a motorboat to the Philae Island temple complex, visits to the High Dam and unfinished obelisk in the granite quarries, plus a sail in a traditional Nile felucca. While cruising breakfast, lunch and dinner (BB,L,D) are served daily and on two nights you get to celebrate Egyptian style at a galabeya party and dinner. (HD) Other entertainment includes two typical Nubian folkloric shows with live music.

Day 11-12 LUXOR
Check into your famous hotel built to attract the nobility of Europe. Over the years it has been home to Howard Carter, Jane Fonda, King Farouk as well as many other crown princes and princesses. The afternoon is at leisure.(Buffet Brekfast)

Day 12-13 LUXOR – CAIRO
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight back to your stylish hotel in Cairo.(Buffet Breakfast)

Day 13-14 CAIRO SIGHTSEEING
Start the day with the Pyramids at Giza and their guardian Sphinx! Your guided tour includes entry into one of the Pyramids. Next on to nearby Memphis, capital of ancient Egypt. See the Step Pyramid of King Zoser in Sakkara, the oldest in the world, dating back to 2700 BC. Finish off by visiting the colossal statue of Rameses II and Alabaster Sphinx. Later, drive to the Pyramids to witness the magical Sound and Light Show which literally illuminates the ancient history of Giza.(Buffet Breakfast)

Day 14-15 RETURN TO CANADA
The tour ends with transfers to Cairo Airport.(Buffet Breakfast)
