Day 1 Bangkok
Explore bustling Bangkok city, a pulsating urban landscape of tall buildings, tuk tuk's and temples.

Day 2 Sukhothai
Enjoy the tranquillity of Thailand's first capital, Sukhothai, set amid leafy forests, perfumed gardens and fertile rice paddies. A trip to the night market is a real eye-opener - the culinary smorgasbord ranges from fried rice to fried bugs.

Day 3 Lampang
Jump on a bike and peddle through Lampang's beautiful lakes and gardens. Admire stunning lotus flowers and cycle among the ruins of Old Sukohthai.

Day 4 Homestay
Visit an Elephant Conservation Centre and learn about these noble creatures. Take an unforgettable ride through the forest before spending the evening in the home of Intrepid's long-time village friends.

Days 5-7 Chiang Mai
Rise early to offer alms to the monks before travelling to Chiang Mai, via relaxing thermal hot springs. Situated at the crossroads of one of South East Asia's most important trade routes, Thailand's northern capital is a legendary centre of ancient culture, adventure, relaxation and shopping. Bike between gold-gilded temples, enjoy a cooking class, take a river tour aboard a bamboo raft or hone haggling skills at the markets.

Days 8-9 Bangkok
After taking an overnight train from Chiang Mai, spend a few days exploring the canals and temples of Bangkok.

Days 10-11 Khao Sok National Park
Set amid hectares of thick jungle, waterfalls and limestone cliffs, Khao Sok is a nature lover's paradise.

Day 12 Homestay
Sit back and enjoy a local bus ride to Krabi province. Upon arriving at a village homestay, take a walk through the surrounding area and enjoy fine local food and hospitality.

Days 13-14 Krabi
Travel to the stunning headlands of Krabi and take a boat trip to the snorkeller's paradise of Phi Phi island.

Days 15-16 Penang
Wave goodbye to Thailand and visit the World Heritage-listed Georgetown, a colonial city on the island of Penang.

Days 17-18 Kuala Lumpur
Become immersed in cosmopolitan Kuala Lumpur. Search the sprawling shopping complexes for a bargain and take a sightseeing tour around Malaysia's fascinating capital.

Days 19-20 Melaka
Take a trishaw tour around this classic trading port, sampling some of the regions unique cuisine.

Days 21-22 Singapore
Wander through little India and Chinatown before ending the journey among Singapore's ultra modern vibes.
