Day 1 Arrive Marrakech
Travel to Morocco and visit Marrakech, settling in for the culinary adventure ahead. In free time, why not explore the sights such as the Koutoubia Mosque with its superb minaret.

Day 2 Marrakech
Start the day in Marrakech with a short Arabic lesson. Head off to the market to test new language skills while buying fresh ingredients for a cooking class. Discover the secrets to the various spices used in Moroccan cuisine, and then learn to prepare delicious Moroccan salads, couscous and tajines.

Day 3 Free day Marrakech
Perhaps spend some time exploring Marrakech's colourful souqs or weave through a maze of singers, drummers, dancers, snake charmers, fortune tellers, storytellers and jugglers in the lively Djemaa el-Fna.

Day 4 Depart Marrakech
