Book without fear because On The Go has never cancelled a group tour.

Many companies who offer group tours all too often cancel your tour at the last minute. For all of On The Gos group tours they guarantee that all trips will run i.e. they do not cancel any scheduled departures. This is however subject to there being a minimum of 2 people booked on the tour but, to date, they have been lucky enough to have never cancelled a group tour!

And since they guarantee all their group tour departures, you can go ahead and fully plan your holiday with Flight Centre and On The Go. Book your annual leave, purchase your international flights and obtain a visa if required without the worry of potentially having to re-schedule.

How does On The Go manage to do this? They have planned the frequency and start date of their tours carefully and as such are confident that they will have enough participants on each group tour, guaranteeing that it will run. Additionally, with careful transportation and hotel allocation planning, they are able to run their group tours with a minimum of 2 people in the group - though more often than not group size will be in excess of 10 - and in some destinations over 20.

So if you are planning on doing a group tour, you can be assured that when you book your On The Go tour with Flight Centre, you will be travelling on the tour dates that suit you perfectly. Not a cancellation in sight!

Pre- and post- tour transfers to and from your hotels are included.

All of On The Gos group tours offer an arrival airport transfer to your hotel on day 1. Please note that this does not relate to their Croatia Sailing Holidays or Antarctica Expeditions which do not include airport transfers. A departure transfer from your hotel to the airport on the final day of the tour is also included in many of On The Gos destinations. Please check with your Flight Centre travel consultant for further details.

Many tours dont charge extra fees for local payments or a tip kitty.

A local payment is only applicable to On The Gos African safaris, Morocco and South America tours where due to the nature of the touring, it is necessary for part of the payment of your tour to be taken in cash upon arrival, to pay for touring arrangements on the ground.

On The Go does not charge a local payment on any of their other group tours, holidays or expeditions. Many other tour operators charge a local payment in addition to entrance fees and a tip kitty. If comparing On The Gos prices with others, be sure to factor in their local payment element.

Travelling with On The Go, you will only need to pay entrance fees for the sights you wish to visit and in certain destinations they collect a tip kitty. Travelling Solo? Benefit from On The Gos no mandatory single supplement.

On The Gos exciting range of group tours, are perfect for solo travellers. Travelling alone can sometimes be a daunting prospect, particularly in countries where English is not commonly spoken or understood, or in places with a high culture shock factor and travelling as part of an organized group, provides security and piece of mind.

Flight Centre and On The Go will handle all of the arrangements for you and there will be a tour leader on hand to provide advice and help if needed, throughout the tour. Catering for single travellers, On The Go has a no mandatory single supplement policy on their group tours, meaning that they will always do their best to match you up with another solo traveller of the same sex, so that you do not have to pay for a single room.

In Egypt, Morocco, South America, Africa, and Turkey and on their ANZAC day tours, even if they cannot find someone for you to share a room with, On The Go still wont charge you a single supplement. Of course if you would prefer the privacy of your own room whilst on tour this can be arranged for you. Travelling solo doesnt have to mean travelling alone!

In Egypt, India and China On The Go tours has initiated a charitable policy called "Change for Children". A few Rupees, Yuan or Egyptian Pounds adds up and can really make a difference. And the proceeds from "Change for Children" will directly benefit orphaned and local children.

Through the donation of unwanted foreign coinage On The Go tours will put this money to work by purchasing clothes, educational supplies and other desperately needed items for underprivileged children. On The Go ensures financial benefits reach the right people, by employing local tour leaders, frequenting where possible locally owned hotels, shops and other establishments and educating their local staff about the importance of preservation of the local environment in order that the message is passed on to you, our mutual clients.

In Egypt, On The Gos "Save the Nile" initiative educates their local felucca captains and staff about the importance of suitable waste disposal and care of the River Nile. They also operate a clean the reef initiative in Dahab, for advanced divers.

In India, On The Go supports TOFT (Tour Operators for Tigers) and they are also proud supporters of The Commonwealth War Graves Commission which was established by Royal Charter in 1917. Lastly, to offset the carbon dioxide emissions from international flights they are working with Climate Care, enabling you to "neutralize" your CO2 emissions.
