The Air Transat fleet is comprised of 30 wide-body jets, mainly Airbus A310 and A330’s as well as Boeing B737 aircraft.
On A310 and A330 wide-body planes, the recently redesigned Economy and Club Class cabins provide passengers with optimum comfort and personal space. Economy features ergonomic, Italian-leather seats with more legroom than before, a four-way headrest and new-generation foam to ease pressure points. Air Transat’s version of business class, Club Class, features spacious seats with a seat pitch of between 34 and 36 inches and a seat width of up to 22 inches for even more legroom, as well as a six-way headrest.
On all A330, 200 and 300 series wide-body planes, both Economy and Club Class cabins offer guests individual, touch-screen, seat-back entertainment systems packed with more than 40 movies, 120 television series, 80 music albums and nine radio channels. Adjustable, day-to-night mood lighting simulates natural light and uses soothing colours to promote a restful flight. On the remaining Air Transat fleet, guests can watch new releases, classic films and popular television shows on a shared overhead screen, or enjoy in-seat music at their fingertips.
