Captains Package Terms & Conditions: *Conditions Apply. The Captain's Package is non-refundable and must be booked and paid in full at the time of purchasing your trip. One Captain’s Package per passenger. It cannot be added or changed once the booking has been made and flight has been ticketed. Please note only the Ultimate Captain's Package can be purchased online. VISA AND PASSPORT CHECK – It is the responsibility of the customer to possess a valid passport, visa and/or other travel documentation as required by the country or countries to be visited. Applications for any visa, vaccinations, or health certificates necessary for travel must be completed and submitted by the traveller themselves. Any cost associated with obtaining such necessary travel documentation is the sole responsibly of the customer. A passport is the only reliable and universally accepted travel and identification document. Using other documentation may result in delays or being denied boarding. Change of length of stay may result in a change of documentation needed to travel. Any Visa and/or health advice provided to you by a Flight Centre Expert Traveller is dependent on the accuracy of the information provided by you. Visa advice is current but is subject to change without notice prior to or during your intended travel. Verification of documentation requirements must be done when travel dates nears. Failure to provide the required documents may result in being denied boarding privileges by the carrier or relevant authorities, without further recourse or the possibility of a refund. Cruise passengers must present a valid passport, regardless of the entry requirements for their country of embarkation. To re-enter Canada; non Canadian passport holders will need to provide proof of valid Canadian Permanent Residency, a valid Canadian visa, or proof of outbound ticket within visa exception allowance. Citizens from countries other than the United States (U.S.) who do not need a visa to enter Canada will need to obtain an eTA before flying to Canada. Travellers do not need an eTA when entering Canada by land or sea. Immigration authorities have the sole discretion to deny entry even when the relevant documentation is provided. A traveller with criminal history may be denied entry. We recommend that you inquire with the Consular Affairs Bureau for Canadians Abroad or review online the Essential Information for Canadian Travellers Guide at travel.gc.ca to satisfy personal requirements. For some countries, international health certificates and vaccinations are required. Some countries require travellers to be issued a special international driver’s permit and/or international proof of insurance. For domestic flights: all passengers must be in possession of government-issued photo identification. Children under 16 should carry proof of identity, if no photo ID is available. BEST FLIGHT PROMISE - Our Flight Centre Expert Travellers will search for and present flight options for the best route(s), best price, and best value for your destination(s) & criteria requested; this may not always be the lowest price. HOLD OPTIONS FOR YOU – Our Flight Centre Expert Travellers will advise whether a flight itinerary with our scheduled carriers can be held or not. If a hold is possible on your desired itinerary, the hold is subject to the following conditions: Space can be held but fare may not be guaranteed by the airline at time of ticketing. The hold must be saved in the traveller’s full legal name exactly as it appears on the passport to be used for travel. Any changes or corrections whatsoever to the held name will result in the hold being cancelled. A new hold must be done at that time in the correct full name, and is then subject to availability and pricing at the time of the new hold. All hold options are complimentary and are only valid until the end of the current business day. Itineraries cannot be held overnight. Duplicate itineraries held under the same name, on the same dates, with the same airline(s) and flight(s), may result in both holds being cancelled by the airline. OUR CHANGE FEES - Changes to confirmed bookings will incur a Flight Centre amendment fee depending on the type of Captain's Package purchased at time of booking, as follows: Canada & USA excluding Hawaii Essential Captain’s Package - $25. Canada & USA excluding Hawaii Ultimate Captain’s Package - $0. Rest of the World & Hawaii Essential Captain’s Package - $75. Rest of the World & Hawaii Ultimate Captain’s Package - $0. This amendment fee applies per passenger, per booking, in addition to any and all supplier and airline amendment fees. OUR CANCELLATION FEES – Cancellations of confirmed airfare bookings will incur a Flight Centre cancellation fee of $200 per passenger, per booking, in addition to any and all supplier cancellation fees. This fee will be waived when you have purchased a Canada & USA excluding Hawaii Essential or Ultimate Captain’s Package, or when you have purchased a Rest of the World & Hawaii Ultimate Captain's Package. This fee applies per passenger, per booking, in addition to any and all supplier and airline cancellation fees. All supplier terms, conditions, and fees for cancellation still apply. The original purchase amount of any Captain’s Package is 100% non-refundable and non-changeable once the booking is confirmed. SUPPLIER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION FEES - Cancelled bookings may also incur supplier fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Supplier fees may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Such fees are at the sole discretion of the supplier or suppliers and cannot be waived, please refer to suppliers’ terms and conditions for full information. Where Flight Centre incurs any liability for a supplier change or cancellation fee for any booking, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, Flight Centre will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier.
