Applications for any visa, vaccinations, or health certificates necessary for travel must be completed and submitted by the traveller themselves. Any cost associated with obtaining such necessary travel documentation is the sole responsibly of the customer. BEST FLIGHT PROMISE - Our Flight Centre Expert Travellers will search for and present flight options for the best route(s), best price, and best value for your destination(s) & criteria requested; this may not always be the lowest price. HOLD OPTIONS FOR YOU – Our Flight Centre Expert Travellers will advise whether a flight itinerary with our scheduled carriers can be held or not. If a hold is possible on your desired itinerary, the hold is subject to the following conditions: Space can be held but fare may not be guaranteed by the airline at time of ticketing. The hold must be saved in the traveller’s full legal name exactly as it appears on the passport to be used for travel. All hold options are complimentary and are only valid until the end of the current business day. Itineraries cannot be held overnight. Duplicate itineraries held under the same name, on the same dates, with the same airline(s) and flight(s), may result in both holds being cancelled by the airline.
