Q. Do I need insurance?
A. Absolutely! Travelling without insurance is a risk that no one should take. As industry professionals, we have seen situations arise with our clients that no one ever expects could or would occur. Medical issues at home or in destination, family health issues, weather delays and missing baggage are just some examples of things that can occur. If one of these things happens to you, you and your bank account will be happy that you are insured.
Q. Can you do groups to non all-inclusive properties?
A. Definitely! Our travel experts can arrange Accommodation in everything from huts on the beach in Thailand to Castles in Scotland to 5 star hotels in New York City. Our job is to work with your travel needs and plan the ideal trip to suit them.
Q. Do all members of the group have to come in to your store to book?
A. Not at all. Due to the wonders of modern technology, we are able to work with members of your group via phone and e-mail to provide answers, make reservations and provide documentation so that they will not even have to leave the comfort of their own homes.
Q. What kind of documentation do I need?
A. That really depends on where you are going and what type of citizenship you hold. However, we can assist you in the process of determining your documentation needs and connect you with the appropriate people to make sure that you have all the documentation required.
Q. Besides price what other benefits do I get for being in a group?
A. Group reservations allow for flexible payment options with low deposit amounts required to secure the space and rates whereas the vast majority of individual reservations require full payment up front.

Some wholesalers and airlines offer complimentary passengers once a certain size of group (usually 20+) is achieved. Groups are allowed flexibility that individual passengers are not afforded in terms of name changes and corrections.

Hotels and resorts also offer a guaranteed confirmation of space to groups so that you are guaranteed to not be "bumped" and in most all cases, group space is reserved in one area of the hotel and resort.
Q. How long does it take to get rates?
A. Dependant on the travel provider, rates can be delivered in anywhere from 24 hours to a week or more. As travel consultants, we are at most times at the mercy of airlines, wholesalers and hotels to provide these rates in a timely manner. We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive the rates the instant that we receive them.
Q. The price is better online, shouldn't I get a group discount?
A. In most circumstances, the rates we acquire will be superior to those online when you are looking at lesser amounts of seats or packages. In the case of some flights, the rates we find may be higher than those shown online. Airlines sell flights in blocks of 9-20 seats depending on plane size and their policies. Once the first block is sold out, the next block becomes more expensive. The airline will give us a percentage discount off an average rate of all the seats required for the group. This means that the rate may be higher than what you see currently online for smaller amounts of space, but the overall price will benefit the entirety of the group.
