Eva Air Baggage Allowance & Policies

Eva Air Checked Baggage

Avoid delays at the airport and make sure your luggage weight and dimensions fall within EVA Air's checked baggage allowances before you leave home. Checked bags that exceed the weight and baggage allowance will be subject to pay extra EVA Air baggage fees.

If you're travelling with EVA Air and one of EVA Air's codeshare partners, make sure that your checked bags adhere to both airlines' set of baggage rules. If you're flying to/from Canada, your checked baggage allowanceis determined by your class of fare (which cabin you're seated in).

For all checked bags, the sum of the three dimensions (length x width x height) of each piece may not exceed a total sum of 158cm (62in).

Economy

Free baggage allowance of up to 2 checked pieces. Each checked bag may weigh up to 23kg (50lbs) maximum.

Premium Economy

Free baggage allowance of up to 2 checked pieces. Each checked bag may weigh up to 28 kg (62lbs).

Business/Premium Laurel/Royal Laurel

Free baggage allowance of up to 2 checked pieces. Each checked bag may weigh up to 32 kg (70lbs).

If you're flying with an infant, please check with a Flight Centre travel agent to confirm EVA Air check-in baggage allowance.

Eva Air Carry-on Allowance

Each passenger is allowed to bring one carry-on bag and 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop, etc.) All carry-on baggage must be able to fit in either the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.

For all carry-on bags, the sum of the three dimensions (length x width x height) of each piece may not exceed a total sum of 115cm (45in).

Economy/Premium Economy

Free carry-on allowance of up to 1 item which may weigh up to 7kg (15lbs).

Royal Laurel/Premium Laurel/Business Class

Free carry-on allowance of up to 2 items. Each item may weigh up to 7kg (15lbs).
