Q. Where can I access Flight Centre Corporate Benefits?
A. You can only access member benefits via our dedicated Flight Centre Corporate Benefits team. Call 1–416–862–9400 (local), 1–833–871–5996 (toll-free), or email corporate.benefits@flightcentre.ca to book. Benefits cannot be redeemed online.

Q. How many times can an employee/club member access benefits?
A. You have unlimited access to benefits provided you meet eligibility criteria.

Q. What happens if I am no longer an employee or club member? Do I lose access?
A. If you leave your employment or club, you will lose access to benefits. Any benefits claimed or applied during your time of employment or membership will remain valid.

Q. How can I redeem my $50* welcome voucher?
A. Upon signing up to Flight Centre Corporate Benefits, you will receive an email with your $50 welcome voucher code. When booking your next vacation over $500, simply quote this code to your dedicated Flight Centre Corporate Benefits team to redeem. Ensure that you use your voucher before its expiry date to avoid disappointment.

$50 welcome voucher: Valid on any Flight Centre Vacations, tailor-made vacations, or air plus tour, cruise or hotel packages, valued at $500 or more. Not applicable to air only or any of the following third-party supplier bookings: Air Canada Vacations, WestJet Vacations, Sunwing Vacations or Transat Vacations. Valid for one year from date of issue. The value cannot be carried over once applied. Not redeemable for cash or gift card purchases. Non transferrable. You must be enrolled in our Corporate Benefits program to be eligible for use. 

Aeroplan bonus: *To earn Aeroplan points employees must register with Flight Centre Corporate Benefits before July 31st, 2024. They will receive 5000 Aeroplan points for their registration and can earn an additional 5000 points if they decide to book any Air Canada Vacations packages to anywhere Air Canada Vacations travels.  This purchase must be made with Flight Centre Corporate Benefits before July 31st, 2024, and for travel anytime.  Existing corporate benefits clients can also earn 5000 Aeroplan points by booking any Air Canada Vacations packages before July   31st 2024. Please allow up to 60 days from the end of the promotional period (July 31st, 2024) for applicable points to be added to their accounts.  Clients must provide our team members with their Aeroplan number and email address must match both files.  Terms and Conditions apply.
