The Sponsor

The sponsor is Flight Centre Travel Group (Canada) Inc. whose registered office is at 35 McCaul St, Toronto, Ontario M5T 1V7, Canada ("Sponsor").

Conditions of Entry

Eligibility information and the Prize(s) offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. An individual that renders themselves an Eligible Entrant is deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, and who comply with the requirements set out in the “Eligibility for Promotion” terms stated in these Conditions of Entry (“Eligible Entrants”).

Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group (Canada) Inc., its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, and email address, per Prize Draw Period. Multiple entries from the same individual or email will be disqualified. Any attempts to enter more than once may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Duration of Promotional Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01AM EST on Monday, June 1, 2026, and closes at 11:59PM EST on Friday, December 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period will be broken up into two (2) prize draw periods: June 1– September 30, 2026, and October 1– December 31, 2026 (“Prize Draw Periods”).

Eligibility for Promotion 

Eligible Entrants will be those who during the Promotion Period:

• Lead Passenger Entrants:
  • Any lead passenger (“Lead Passenger”) who books group travel during one (1) of the two (2) Prize Draw Periods during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw for one of two (2) $500 Flight Centre travel vouchers. Group travel consists of a minimum of ten (10) people or more in one booking (“Group Travel”). Lead Passenger must have a signed Group Travel contract, and have paid the deposit when required to be eligible for entry into the Promotion.
• Mail Entrants:
  • Any individual may enter the Promotion by mailing an entry to Flight Centre Travel Group (Canada) Inc., Attn: Area Leader - Eastern Canada, 35 McCaul Street, Suite 700, Toronto, ON M5T 1V7, for each of the Prize Draw Periods. Entry must include “Flight Centre Group Travel Promotion” in the subject line and the individual’s name and email address in the body of the entry (failure to meet these requirements will result in an invalid entry).

Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) Potential Prize Winners will be picked from Eligible Entrants per Prize Draw Period as follows: first week of October 2026 and first week of January 2027 (“Prize Draw”). One (1) Potential Prize Winner will be picked from each of the regions per Prize Draw as follows:

• One (1) each for a Lead Traveller who booked with the Flight Centre Travel Group (Canada) Inc., Groups East team;
• One (1) each for a Lead Traveller who booked with the Flight Centre Travel Group (Canada) Inc., Groups West team

The Potential Prize Winners must be able to provide a current, valid Canadian Passport or Canadian Driver’s License / other Valid Canadian ID to accept the Prize.

The Potential Prize Winners will be determined by a random computer-generated Prize draw. Prize draw will take place at the Sponsor’s Head Office located at 35 McCaul St, Toronto, Ontario M5T 1V7, Canada. The Sponsor reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an ineligible entrant is drawn, or a Potential Prize Winner does not claim the Prize within the Prize Claim Period, as defined below. The Potential Prize Winners will have to answer a skills question correctly in order to be named a Prize Winner.  An incorrect answer to the skills question will disqualify Potential Prize Winners from claiming the Prize. Eligible Entrants do not need to be present at the Prize drawing location to be selected as Potential Prize Winners.

Potential Prize Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor via email provided in the Initial Entry.

Potential Prize Winners will have ten (10) days to claim the Prize (“Prize Claim Period”). If the Prize has not been claimed by a Potential Prize Winner before 5:00PM EST on the 10th day after Potential Prize Winner is contacted, or the Potential Prize Winner is not able to answer the skills question correctly, such Potential Prize Winner may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion and an alternate Potential Prize Winner will be named from the additional reserve entries. The Potential Prize Winner from the additional reserve entries will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the end of the previous Prize Claim Period. All terms applicable to Potential Prize Winners will also apply to the additional reserve entry selection. A Potential Prize Winner that has completed the necessary requirements during the Prize Claim Period is deemed a “Prize Winner”.

The Sponsor's decision is final.

Prize Details

Four (4) prizes (“Prize(s)”) in total will be given out during the Promotion Period. The Prizes consist of:

• Two (2) $500 travel vouchers awarded per Prize Draw (“Prize”):
  • One (1) for a Lead Traveller who booked with the Flight Centre Travel Group (Canada) Inc., Groups East team; and
  • One (1) for a Lead Traveller who booked with the Flight Centre Travel Group (Canada) Inc., Groups West team.
• Following are the Prize conditions:
  • The Prize can be used for any type of booking (not necessarily another group trip); 
  • Valid only on new bookings;
  • Booking must include flights and minimum five (5)-night hotel, cruise or tour;
  • Not applicable to ITC packages (e.g., WestJet Vacations, Transat, Air Canada Vacations).
  • Must be redeemed with a flight Centre Travel Expert; cannot be applied to online bookings;
  • Standard service fees apply; and
  • Voucher will expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.

Each Prize Winner (by accepting a Prize) agrees that they will abide by the applicable terms and conditions for the use of the Prize as notified by the Sponsor and/or the Prize issuer.

The Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize furnished in connection with this Promotion.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANDTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Eligible Entrants may only enter once per Prize Draw Period from either the Group West team or the Group East team, and are eligible to receive one (1) prize during the Prize Draw Period. 

All applicable taxes and duties on the Prize are the sole responsibility of Prize Winners.

Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The Prize and use of the Prize are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Sponsor. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than expressly set out in the conditions above. All fees and expenses related to delivery, acceptance, and use of the Prize are solely the responsibility of Prize Winners and/or their guests(s), as applicable.

The Prize is subject to the additional terms and conditions (including without limitation conditions of carriage, activity waivers, and conditions and additional charges, as applicable, in relation to optional and included activities) of the Sponsor and its suppliers and Prize Winners and their guest(s), if any, shall enter into all necessary contracts and paperwork directly with the Sponsor as the Sponsor shall require. The Prize Winners’ recourse shall be against the Sponsor only, with respect to the terms and conditions and legal documentation stipulated in these conditions.

Prize Winners, by accepting the Prize, consent to the use of their names, suburbs of residence and images for promotional and marketing purposes, and agree to release the Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Promotion or for damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize awarded

To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible or liable for:

• inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
• purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
• any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
• the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
• unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion;
• electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion;
• any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a Prize Winner; or
• any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.

The Sponsor will not be liable for personal injury suffered in connection with participation in this Promotion or with the use of the Prize offered, except to the extent caused directly by the Sponsor's gross negligence. Entrants and/or Prize Winners agree that the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, owners, representatives and agents (collectively the “Released Parties’) are not liable and shall be held harmless by Entrants and/or Prize Winners for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury and/or damage to Entrant, Prize Winners and/or any other person and/or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury and/or death to Entrant, Prize Winners and/or any other person, and or damages to personal and/or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a Prize or participation in this Promotion.

Eligible Entrants and Prize Winner(s) agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or any Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and  exclusively by  and in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Eligible Entrants or Prize Winner(s) be permitted to obtain awards for and Eligible Entrants and Prize Winner(s) hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. Entries that are obtained through unauthorized sources are void. Any of the foregoing which is not permissible under applicable law will not apply.

The above conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Sponsor or its servants or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the Prize supplied again.

The personal information of Eligible Entrants will be collected to enable the Sponsor to administer and promote this Promotion and to market the Sponsor’s services to Eligible Entrants. The personal information of Eligible Entrants will be held and used in accordance with the Flight Centre Canada privacy policy which is available at https://help.flightcentre.ca/s/article/privacy-notice-ca. The personal information of Eligible Entrants may be provided to others assisting with this Promotion, including prize suppliers, and to authorities that regulate this Promotion but otherwise at all times in accordance with our privacy policy. If an Eligible Entrant fails to provide their personal information in this regard, they will be unable to participate in the Promotion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Entry or to cancel, alter or amend the Promotion at any stage if deemed necessary in its sole opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control without awarding any compensation. These Conditions of Entry shall be subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. 

Void outside of Canada, in the Province of Quebec, and wherever else prohibited by law. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, administered or endorsed by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
