Yes, Kenya is generally safe for tourists. If in doubt, we recommend you follow travel advisories, keep up to date with local guidelines and use common sense. (P.S. Don’t forget to grab some travel insurance, that way you’re covered in case something does go wrong). 


The best time to visit Kenya is between June and October, when you can enjoy peak wildlife spotting in the dry season.


Lightweight, breathable clothing and comfortable footwear are recommended for your trip to Kenya. Warm clothes are also handy for early mornings and brisk evenings out spotting wildlife. 


Tours typically range from a few days to two weeks, giving you plenty of time to explore Hells Gate and Nairobi National parks, visit the Giraffe centre and learn more about the unique culture.
