Icelandair Carry-on Baggage

For onboard comfort, Icelandair allows guests in any class of service the option of bringing a bag or two along with them in the cabin. All passengers must adhere to the Icelandair carry-on rules that limit both size and weight of their items as outlined below. In all cases, your carry-on bag's total dimensions (length+width+height) cannot exceed 115cm/45in.

Infants on lap (under 2yrs) are allowed 1 checked bag weighing no more than 23kg/50lbs, as well as a stroller (folding) and a car seat or carrying basket.

Icelandair Frequent Flyer Baggage Benefits

Icelandair frequent flyers holding Saga Gold or Saga Silver status are allowed 1 additional checked bag (weight depends on cabin type).

Premium and Business Icelandair American Express card holders (issued in Iceland) are allowed 1 additional checked bag weighing no more than 23kg/50lbs.

For those who are both Saga Gold or Saga Silver frequent flyers as well as Icelandair American Express card holders, only 1 additional bag is allowed (offers are not combinable).
